All our products are handcrafted by Maasai artisans. Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in bead patterns, colors, and sizing are expected and celebrated as a mark of authenticity. We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible, but screen settings may vary.

The content on this website, including but not limited to logos, designs, photographs, and text, is the property of Nainey's Design and is protected by Kenyan and International copyright laws. Reproduction of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (Ksh) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payments must be made in full before an order is processed for shipping.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping obligations are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nainey's Design shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
